We buy desktops and laptops that can still perform well with modern software and meet today’s standards. To help you know if your computer qualifies, here’s a simple checklist.
âś… Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, your PC must meet all the following:
🧠Processor (CPU)
Your computer must have an 8th generation Intel processor or newer
(Examples: Intel Core i3, i5, i7 or i9 with a number starting with 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14 – like i5-8400 or i7-10700)
Or an AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer
If you’re unsure, just tell us the model and we’ll check for you.

Your PC must be able to run Windows 10 or Windows 11
That means it should support features like Secure Boot and TPM 2.0

⚙️ Condition & Functionality
It must:
- Power on and boot into Windows
- All USB ports, video outputs, and charging ports must work
- The case should not be cracked or broken
- No liquid damage or missing major components
đźš« We Cannot Accept PCs That:
- Have DDR3 or older RAM
- Use Intel processors older than 8th generation, AMD processors older than 2000 series.
- Can’t run Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Have major damage, missing parts, or don’t power on
